T. Jefferson "Jeff" Parker is an American author of police procedural novels. He grew up in Orange County, mainly in the city of Tustin where the family moved in 1959. The "T" does not stand for anything; his mother just thought it would "look good on the presidential letterhead". The family often spent their holidays in Mexico, a country he keeps returning to again and again.
